How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and up to 3 weeks if stock issues arise. Please allow up to 1 - 3 business days for processing (Due to high demand during holiday season, please allow for 1 - 3 weeks to have your order sorted and processed properly). Expedited shipments are not available for weekend delivery. Transit Time: Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 3 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that all ground and non-contiguous shipments are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
